Joomla Hosting Template comes with some additional settings and features. Default color , width and font size settings are adjustable in index.php starting on line 16

On  line 22  are extra settings for icons menu

Once you hover over the tools icon , additional template tools will appear

For Joomla 1.5 Template , all parametars are adjustable in template backend
